Due to building works beginning on the ward in January 2024, the unit is temporarily closed to new admissions.
We are looking forward to welcoming pupils on site again as soon as possible and will share details here once we know when this can begin. GIGI
CHARLI
Our therapy dog Gigi is one of our newest members of staff. She visits every two weeks to spend time in the classroom. She loves cuddles, squirrels and having her hair done.
Charli is our local walking buddy, a certified therapy dog, Charlie loves chasing after balls, exploring the local area and similarly to Gigi, absolutely loves squirrels.
Community events
In Simmons House Classroom we pride ourselves on running events each term to bring together staff and young people to celebrate our diverse and talented community. See below for some of our most recent events. Regular events include; book club, bake sales and termly enterprise projects.
