This week we enjoyed a visit from Nicki, an educator from British Parliament. We began to learn about how voting and parliament work, got our heads around some new terminology, and discovered some ways we can be active citizens and promote the things that matter to us. We created our own party manifestos, played a game to learn how laws are made (and the challenges encountered in the process), and wrote letters to our local MP for Haringey.
