On Wednesday 2nd December we were lucky enough to recieve our second visit from The National Portrait gallery following on with the second half of their 'Black is the New Black' Workshop.
Students and staff had the opportunity to explore musical themes linking these to black artists and visual art. We spray painted creating awards, made collages using cassettes and CD and experimented with instant photography. Overall the workshop was a success and the results of our artwork can be see in the photographs below.
